Taking place as part of the Find Festival Takeover, join Holly Maya, speech and voice therapist, for a workshop that takes inspiration from different fields of voice work and collaborative vocal improvisation - as well as yoga inspired mindful movement and breath work.  

Have fun using voices and sound in a collaborative and creative way.

These activities are also very grounding for the nervous system and support mental and physical health.
