Pete Wilkinson Exhibition
- Main Information
On display in the White Room - viewable when the bar is open, during private hires and workshops
Pete Wilkinson is a photographer and filmmaker from Hexham. Although often shooting portraiture, architecture and design, the main focus of Pete’s photographic work is the landscape.
By returning to and exploring the local area and the Tyne Valley of his youth, Pete looks to examine the role of landscape as a visual language and shared vocabulary, and how it can be used to communicate, resonate, and stimulate.
Since 2022 Pete has run The Wynd Gallery – his workshop and exhibition space in the centre of Hexham. He splits his time between his photographic work and his role as co-director of Blind Crow Pictures, a film production partnership he established in 2010.
