To celebrate the announcement of this year’s main house Christmas show, Kitchen Zoo's Jack and the Beanstalk, the Queen’s Hall team are inviting you to take part in our Beanstalk Growing Competition!
How to get involved...
FREE magic beans courtesy of our friends at Harlings Garden Centre are available to pick-up from the Queen’s Hall Box Office (open Mon - Sat: 10am - 12pm & 1pm - 4pm).
Please note: only one variety of beans is available, but you are welcome to enter the competition using whatever variety you want.
To take part in the competition, share a photo of your beanstalk at its tallest on social media between 1 – 8 September tagging Queen’s Hall and using the hashtag #JackatQueensHall. Don’t forget to share progress photos as you go along too!
If you’re not on social media, please email your picture to [email protected] by 8 September.
You can demonstrate and evidence your beanstalk’s height in whatever creative way you want - from a traditional tape measure to the tallest person you know!

Judging...
Beanstalks will be judged by photo alone by the Queen’s Hall team on 13 September.
Please no cheating or photo doctoring!
