A Hexham Book Festival favourite returns!

Alexander McCall Smith is a prolific writer, and master storyteller, and we’re delighted he’ll be joining us to talk about his new novels – including new books in the Scotland Street and No1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series - as well as sharing some of his poetry.

Priority Booking for Festival Friends opens at 8am on Friday 27 February. Tickets go on general sale from Monday 2 March.

Concession tickets are available to Friends of the Festival, those on benefits and students.
