Hexham Abbey Festival Chorus and Orchestra

The Festival Chorus & Orchestra perform two rarely heard Britten works, Canticle 2 – Abraham and Isaac, and Imogen Holst’s orchestration of the anthem, Rejoice in the Lamb, followed by Mozart’s final work, his Requiem in D minor (completed by Süssmayr). With a top line up of vocal soloists and conducted by David Murray.

Reserved seating is available in the Nave. A limited number of lower priced tickets are available in the North Aisle which are unreserved and could be restricted view.
