Hexham Abbey Festival Chorus and Orchestra

The Festival Chorus & Orchestra perform two rarely heard Britten works, Canticle 2 – Abraham and Isaac, and Imogen Holst’s orchestration of the anthem, Rejoice in the Lamb, followed by Mozart’s final work, his Requiem in D minor (completed by Süssmayr). With a top line up of vocal soloists and conducted by David Murray.
Reserved seating is available in the Nave priced £22/£5. A limited number of unreserved seats priced £15/£5 are available in the North Aisle, which are unreserved and have a restricted view.
