It invites participants to slow down, notice what matters, and create space for reflection in everyday life. With thoughtful prompts and simple rituals, it nurtures presence and emotional well-being.

Whether it is the beginning of a mindfulness journey or deepening an existing practice, this workshop offers a grounding path toward a more intentional, centred way of living.

Led by Dave Wibberley, Writer, Creative Tutor, Workshop Facilitator, Forest Therapy Practitioner, and Mindfulness Practitioner with extensive experience in creative and reflective writing, nature-based wellbeing, and group facilitation.
